The project consists of two villas back to back on a plot accessible from two parallel streets. The aim of the project is to provide a unique style of living using contemporary materials and large windows that connect the outdoors to the indoor spaces. The exterior cladding is glass and grey heritage stucco. The interior has light tones and minimal details.
Despite the unequal area distribution (1000 sq.m, and 650 sq.m), the two villas have very similar space programs. The sunken courtyard on the basement level of each villa has a swimming pool surrounded by a multipurpose area, a gymnasium and an office. The main kitchen, storage room and driver’s room are also located on the basement in a zone separate from the family activities area.
The ground floor holds a living room, dining room, kitchen, a guest room, and a reception hall overlooking the pool below. The first floors of the big and small villas accommodate three and two bedrooms respectively, a master bedroom and a daily living area. A laundry room, storage and a mechanical services area are located on the second floor level.
