KAYAN is an architecture and construction company established by architect Bashar Al-Salem offering its clients a one-stop shopping concept from conception in design, build out to interior design and picking up your keys.
KAYAN projects are distinguished by their innovative contemporary and vernacular concepts where the simplicity and functionality of modern design is combined with local traditions and history leading to works that inspire pride now and build the historical legacies of tomorrow.
Since its foundation in 2006, KAYAN has built a strong reputation with over 100 projects ranging in type, budget and size from small scale private residents, chalets and restaurants to large scale commercial, residential complexes and educational facilities.
Originally focused on residential custom home projects, KAYAN currently has a diverse practice in new and remodeled single-family homes, multifamily/ mixed-use buildings, community and commercial projects.
KAYAN is best known for it's stunning residential work that is characterized by its innovative use of quality materials that sets market trends, and its elegant and practical yet unexpected design solutions.
